Venue Catering Agreement

This document, together with its exhibits and annexes, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Parties have accepted the menu annexed to this Catering Agreement as Annex A. Traiteur reserves the right to make minor changes to the menu if important ingredients cannot be purchased for reasons beyond the control of the parties. This reservation of rights is subject to the following restrictions – [Event.LimitationsOnMenuAlters]. In the absence of a separate agreement, no alcoholic beverages will be extracted. This catering agreement is between [Sender.Company] (“Caterer”) and [Client.FirstName] [Sender.LastName] (“Customer”) (“Party”) and sets fore the agreement between the parties with respect to the catering services that the caterer must provide to the customer for the event set fore in this agreement. If Traiteerer cannot fulfill its obligations under this contract for reasons beyond its control, caterer may find and maintain a replacement catering business at no additional cost to the customer or refund the customer`s money in full.

Under these conditions, caterer is not liable for any damage or additional compensation. Caterer must have access to the location no later than [Event.PrepAdvanceTime] hours before the event start time and [Event.CleanUpTime] hours after the end of the cleaning period. The customer will take all necessary precautions to organize this access at the customer`s expense. The customer`s deposit is charged against the cancellation fees due. The balance is payable upon cancellation. The parties undertake not to publish negative information about others arising from this contract or this event on an online forum or on a website without announcing the content in writing in advance and to allow the other party to resolve the problems by mutual agreement between the parties. The customer understands that upon entering into this contract, caterer is losing time and resources for this event and that as a result, a cancellation would result in a loss of revenue and lost business opportunities at an amount that is difficult to calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation restrictions apply.

After 30 days prior to the event, Traiteerer is entitled to 100 percent of the total estimated cost. In exchange for the catering services stipulated in this catering contract, the customer will pay Caterer $ [Event.PerPersonCharge] per person participating in the event, but in no case less than the number of guests provided by the catering customer one week before the event. To enter into this contract, the total amount is estimated at $ [Event.EstimatedTotalCost] (“Estimated Total Cost”). This contract may not be assigned by either party without the written consent of the other party, with the exception referred to in paragraph 10 below. Payment is made as follows to the caterer: $ [Event.Deposit] Deposit due on the day of signing, and the balance of approximately $ [Event.ApproximateSecondPayment] is due one week before the event.
